Michelle's journey began as a one-person operation, serving the Northern Virginia area with her staffing services. However, her passion and commitment soon drove her to expand the company's horizons. With unwavering determination, she grew a qualified and quality team which led to opening satellite offices in Charleston, SC, and Raleigh, NC, strategically positioning MMG for enhanced reach and efficient client service.
As a 100% woman-owned, small, and minority business, The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) has gained recognition for its dedication to promoting quality and diverse talent, and providing top-notch services. The turning point came when The Michelle Martin Group was referred to Siemens Government Technologies (SGT), a major client in Reston, Virginia. Siemens was keen on working with small, minority-owned firms, and this opened the door for MMG to shine. Since 2017, the partnership with Siemens has grown stronger, leading to additional contract awards that solidify our company's reputation in the industry.
The Michelle Martin Group's commitment to excellence extended to our nationwide clientele, including prominent organizations like Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), Clearwater Analytics, and several universities within the University of Maryland System and in Virginia.
